Welcome to Sabres, in the heart of the Landes de Gascogne Regional Park, where the Forest stretches over 16,000 hectares. Its healthy air invites you to take a stroll, and the Marquèze district, now known as the Ecomusée de la Grande Lande, offers visitors the magic of its tranquility and art of living. Hop aboard the century-old train to discover the rich heritage and know-how of yesteryear.

Nestled on a private enclosed airial just 40 km from the ocean, we welcome you to this authentic 19th-century Landes house, entirely restored to its original state using natural eco-construction materials and techniques.
Earth and lime rendering, Landes pine half-timbering and beams, thermodynamic boiler, pellet stove... have all been used to integrate our eco-cottage into its environment.

You'll enjoy a private swimming pool, 8x4 m, 1.20 m to 1.50 m deep, secured by a ganivelle fence and roller shutter, usable from June to September, weather permitting.

This detached house on the ground floor with mezzanine comprises
a large living room,
a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer),
3 bedrooms on the ground floor (2 x 160cm beds, 1 x 140cm bed),
a dormitory room upstairs (4 single beds),
a bathroom (with bath and shower) and 2 separate WCs,
a private shower room in one of the bedrooms,
a storeroom (washing machine).

Bed linen and towels provided, WIFI.

Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue,
Bikes of all sizes available, to be confirmed with the owner prior to arrival.

PETS: up to 2 dogs allowed at extra charge (€8 per day per pet), beyond which owners' agreement essential. CATS NOT allowed.
