Set in the heart of the Forest, this 400m² wood-clad group holiday cottage overlooks the pine forest and offers the peace and quiet you need for your stay with family, friends or colleagues.

Whether you're planning a vacation, a small corporate seminar or a wellness and nature getaway, you'll appreciate the spaciousness, spacious rooms and functional layout.
On request, we can offer surfing lessons for all levels, tailored to your group.

This Group holiday cottages can accommodate up to 15 people in 4 bedrooms and a dormitory with a total of :
- 2 x 160 beds, 5 x 90 beds, 4 bunk beds and 2 x 1-seater convertible sofas
- 3 bathrooms with Italian showers and wc
- a fourth independent toilet
- a large, fully-equipped kitchen: induction hob, 2 electric ovens, American fridge, microwave, dishwasher. Flat-screen TV
- a relaxation room with board games and books
- laundry room with washing machine.

Each room is equipped with a desk and reversible air conditioning. Some have a private outdoor space on the terrace.

For your convenience, bed linen, towels and household linen are included in the price.
