We welcome you to Soustons, a small city on the Landes coast, for a getaway for two.
Here, you're just 10 km from the Beach and within easy reach of all the town's activities, shops and leisure facilities. With the added luxury of a quiet cul-de-sac.
You'll particularly appreciate the functional layout and decoration of this Holiday cottage, and the quality of the services on offer.
This Holiday cottage is adjoined by a second cottage and the owners' home.
Air-conditioned, it's ideal for a comfortable stay for two.
All on one level, this studio comprises :
- a large living room with sitting area (TV, WIFI), dining area, kitchen area (top fridge, induction hob, microwave, extractor hood).
- a sleeping area in the living room with 1 double bed (140cm)
- bathroom with shower and toilet.
The studio has access to a shared laundry room with a second Holiday cottage, which has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
For your convenience, bed linen, towels, household linen and all water, electricity and heating costs are included.
Baby equipment can be supplied on request.

Annelyse Excellent séjour
Studio très bien équipé et confortable. Tout le nécessaire est là pour cuisiner et les draps et les serviettes fournis sont un vrai plus. Proche des plages et des commodités, l'emplacement est idéal, je recommande les yeux fermés!

Les niçois Excellent séjour au studio John
Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Soustons. Le logement est très confortable et parfaitement aménagé. Sa situation, à proximité du centre-ville et des pistes cyclables, a rendu nos vacances particulièrement reposantes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Ar Breizh Ilot de calme.
Difficile de trouver mieux, situé en ville à proximité à pied de tout ce qui est nécessaire, au grand calme avec verdure et fleurs.Propreté remarcable du gîte. La possibilité de stationner sur un espace privé est un plus supplémentaire.
A noter l'excellent accueil des propriétaires: la disponibilité, la discrétion, la courtoisie,les coseils juducieux. Tout y est pour qualifié notre séjour dans ce gîte
d'excellence. Cest un premier séjour et nous y reviendrions avec plaisir.
