a living room serving as kitchen-living room.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer combo.
For meals, open-plan kitchen with high stools.
On the lounge side, sofa, armchair with television, wifi connection.

The bedroom has a king-size bed (160x200 cm) and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
A second living room features a convertible sofa that doubles as a bed (160x190).

You'll enjoy a pleasant 40 m² wooden terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture, as well as a barbecue. The grounds are fully enclosed, approx. 90 m². Parking is available in front of the Holiday cottage, or in a public parking lot at the entrance to the residence.

The communal swimming pool, 6x12 m, is secure and can be used from June to September, and pets are welcome. Campsites nearby, at the rear of the residence.
