We offer a comfortable stopover for two in a little cocoon between ocean, Forest and Countryside. Just 20 minutes from the beaches of the Landes region, and at the gateway to the Basque Country, this is an ideal location for discovering surf spots, golf courses, rolling hills and the barthes of the Adour river. The Saubusse Thermal baths are also close by for your Wellbeing and Fitness cure, not forgetting the Marquèze nautical base just 500m away. You'll appreciate the calm and serenity offered by the area after your escapades. Our loft benefits from a functional and comfortable layout. It welcomes you in a cosy atmosphere for a pleasant stay in any season. An unusual address to discover very soon.
The awning lets you enjoy the terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Private parking is available in front of the Holiday cottage or under the trees in summer.
The interior comprises
a large living room with sitting area (TV, WIFI, wood-burning stove),
dining area,
fully-equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave).
The sleeping area is separated by a partition (not closed all the way up); it offers all the privacy and comfort required with its 160x200 bed.
The bathroom features a shower cubicle, vanity unit, toilet and washing machine.
For your convenience, bed linen, towels and household linen are provided.
Baby equipment can be provided on request.
We offer special rates for 3-week spa treatments.

Antonio Bon loft tres fonctionnel
Très bon logement avec tout le necessaire. Logement au calme de la campagne bien centré pour des visites sur la côte ou les montanges.
Loft entierement équipé, rien est a prevoir en amont. Propiétaire très sympatique, disponible des que necessaire.

Cri Un comodo loft
Abbiamo trascorso una bella settimana in questo comodo loft,fornito di ogni servizio e piacevole da vivere anche per la cura con la quale è stato arredato. La proprietaria è una persona gentile e molto disponibile. La posizione del loft consente in breve tempo di raggiungere in auto le belle spiagge dell'oceano,le piccole cittadine costiere o le più grandi, come Biarritz o Bayonne, usufruendo contemporaneamente della piacevole tranquillità e del prezioso silenzio della campagna.Anche il vicino fiume offre la possibilità di suggestive passeggiate.Il bel ricordo ci motiva ad un ritorno, che speriamo di poter realizzare.

Marie Noël le et lou Super gîte
Tres beau gite avec un tres bon acceuil. Superbe week-end même si le temps n'a pas été de la partie. Superbes baladés dans les barthes l'Adour et sur le chemin de halage.
