Welcome to Clermont, a small village 12km from the spa town of Dax. From here, you'll discover the Countryside of the Landes region, with its rolling hills of Chalosse, a land of good living and conviviality, not forgetting that the beautiful beaches are only 45km away. La Forge de Clermont offers a range of accommodation options. On site, the two Holiday cottages and the Bed and breakfast have been designed to respect everyone's privacy. You'll be free to enjoy the shared swimming pool (with the owners and other guests), heated from May to the end of September. There's also a communal play area for kids, ping pong, boules and badminton.

LE GRAND LANDAIS has a private 20m² terrace with no overlooking views, equipped with a table, garden chairs and an electric plancha, ideal for outdoor meals. Our air-conditioned, fully independent Holiday cottage can comfortably accommodate 5 people (+ possibility of 2 additional people).

The accommodation comprises: - a living room with sitting area (TV, WIFI, sofa bed for 2), dining area, open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, extractor fan) - a master bedroom: 160x190 cm bed with direct access to the terrace - a second bedroom: bunk bed (double 140x190 cm downstairs + single 90x190 cm upstairs) - a shower room with shower, WC and washing machine Baby equipment can be supplied on request.
