We offer you a restful, natural getaway in a privileged natural setting along the Chalosse "voie verte", a well-developed hiking and cycling trail. During your stay with family or friends, you'll be able to discover the charm of the Landes interior, with its rolling hillsides, typical villages, small local heritage, art de vivre and festive, gourmet traditions.
Here you're also just 17km from the pretty City of Dax, 10km from the Thermal baths at Préchacq, and 50km from the ocean, making it easy to explore in any season. Our house is the former Gamarde railway station. It has retained its exterior architecture and has been redesigned as a Holiday cottage, on the first floor of our own home. For everyone's comfort, the entrance is independent and leads to your private staircase, which opens onto the Holiday cottage. Outside, you have a private garden of 5000m² with a covered, shaded terrace, opposite our living space, to guarantee you the privacy you need for your stay. You'll particularly appreciate the lamp room, your terrace with garden furniture, summer kitchen with plancha and sun loungers.

The house is Semi-detached and comprises: Ground floor: entrance hall leading to the staircase leading to your Holiday cottage 1st floor: living room (TV, WIFI), dining room and open-plan kitchen (induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combined oven-grill-microwave) - double bedroom: 1 bed 160 - a triple bedroom: 1 bed 160 and 1 bed 90 - a shower room with shower and washing machine - an independent toilet on the 2nd floor - air-conditioned: - a large room with 1 bed 160, 1 bed 140 and an additional open kitchen - a shower room with shower and toilet For your comfort, sheets, towels, household linen and end-of-stay housekeeping included.

A high chair for babies can be provided.
