Le gîte Sabotier

Here you are in Haute-Chalosse, halfway between Dax and Mont-de-Marsan, bathed by the River Adour. Situated on a plateau amidst rolling hills, the area is interesting for its views of the Pyrenees to the south, the Adour valley to the north-west and the immense Forest des Landes to the north and east. Take a bike ride along the Adour greenway or drive from bastide to small village. Visit Nerbis, with its lake and rest area, an idyllic spot for nature lovers, relaxation and Fishing. All year round, for a weekend or a week, with family or friends, stop off at the Sabotier holiday cottage, in the heart of the village, which offers an above-ground swimming pool to share with the owners.

On the ground and first floors, the Holiday cottage offers a living room with fully-equipped kitchen, oven, 4 gas rings, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, dining area, sitting area with TV corner, wifi connection available, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet.
The easy-to-navigate pine staircase leads to a spacious bedroom with double bed (140cm), relaxation area, TV for gaming only, a pleasant shower room with hanging shower and toilet, a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and an enclosed courtyard of approx. 400m². Parking possible in the courtyard. Intex above-ground Piscine with surrounding landscaping, relaxation area, barrier and security gate to be shared with the owners, usable from June to September, weather permitting. (5.70mx2.50m depth 1.15m). For your comfort, bed linen, towels and household linen are included. During your stay, a wonderful discovery awaits you: the owner's wooden clog factory, handcrafted clogs and decorative clogs. You'll discover some of the pieces in the Holiday cottage "le Sabotier", a quiet, relaxing region that cultivates its traditions.
