We look forward to welcoming you to Bias, a small village on the Landes coast, just 7 km from the ocean and all water sports and leisure activities. This vacation rental is located in a quiet, wooded setting.
Housed in an old barn, it retains all the charm of a brick-built building, combined with modern comforts.
With its many bay windows, this bright Holiday cottage is a cosy little nest for two all year round.

It comprises :
a living room with fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher) opening onto a lounge with TV area,
1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200),
bathroom with toilet.
Numerous household appliances and hifi equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, flat-screen TV, WIFI fiber.

A terrace with garden furniture, electric grill and gas plancha is reserved for you, as is a large plot of land at the rear of the property (the owners' home is on site).

For everyone's comfort, the Holiday cottage is non-smoking.
Bathroom linen supplied.
Baby bed available on request.
