In a quiet residential area 2 km from the village, this gîte is adjoined by an apartment for 2 people, access to which runs alongside your gîte (separated by a hedge for your privacy).
On one level, it comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave), a bedroom (1 bed 140), a cabin bedroom (2 bunk beds 90), a bathroom (with shower and toilet), a storeroom (washing machine), TV and Internet access (wired and WIFI).
A private covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue is available.
The 1200m² grounds are shared with the owners and the second gîte.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable à Saint-Julien-en-Born. L’accueil a été vraiment très agréable, avec des hôtes attentionnés. Le cadre est idyllique, très calme, entouré de verdure : un vrai havre de paix. Ce lieu plein de charme et d’âme nous a totalement conquis. Nous le recommandons à 1000 % !

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour, logement idéalement situé entre mer et nature. Gite au calme, navette gratuite à 200m pour rejoindre la plage, pas besoin de prendre la voiture, c'est appréciable.

Endroit très bien situé car tout près d’une piste cyclable qui amène vers Saint-Julien-en-Born d’un côté et vers la plage de l’autre côté.
Terrasse bien sympathique.
