We welcome you to Biaudos, a small village in the south of the Landes region, at the gateway to the Basque Country and Spain, with the ocean just 18km away, Biarritz and Hossegor 25km away.

This house of character, located in the heart of the village, at the foot of the church with the grocery store nearby, is one of the oldest in the village.
You'll find all the charm of an old house full of history combined with today's comforts.

Semi-detached from the owner, this Countryside cottage benefits from a private enclosed garden with pergola-covered terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
First floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer), sitting area (flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove, WIFI) and dining area, bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with en-suite shower room, separate toilet, washing machine.

Upstairs, 2 attic bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), bathroom (with corner bath and wc).

Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival.
In winter, heating is included and we provide wood for your first fire.
