The village of Saubusse is ideally located for discovering the wild, oceanic and natural Landes. Walking trails in the barthes of the Adour with their typical flora and fauna, the proximity of the vast beaches of the Landes, the Basque country and Spain, and the presence of the Thermal baths offer numerous opportunities for discovery. You'll particularly appreciate the privileged location of this house, in the heart of the small medical and sales center with the Pharmacy, the Doctors, the bakery and the hairdresser all within easy walking distance, as well as the quality of the services on offer and the calm offered by the site.
This Detached house was built in 2021 and offers all the modern comforts of a spacious, bright, air-conditioned villa.
On one level, it offers a spacious living room with lounge (TV, WIFI), dining room and open kitchen (4 induction hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher), 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200, 1 bed 140x190, 1 bed 90x200), a shower room (with Italian shower, electric towel dryer), a separate toilet with washbasin, a storeroom (with washing machine), a garage.
Bed linen and towels provided. Baby equipment (Umbrella bed, changing mat and high chair) can be supplied on request. The exterior features a fully enclosed private flower garden with a beautiful 31 m² terrace equipped with a pergola with retractable roof and canvas on the retractable west facade, garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Andrei Excellent séjour
Une maison très confortable, récente, qui a accueilli une famille de quatre personnes cet été. Certes, l'océan n'est pas à côté, mais le prix est plus que raisonnable et les promenades le long de l'Adour sont très agréables. Les propriétaires ont été réactifs. Et le fait d'avoir une pharmacie, une boulangerie, une épicerie, un coiffeur à deux pas est vraiment un plus.

Famille Pasdecalais Excellent séjour
Excellent séjour. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très sympathiques. Le logement, très récent est situé à côté de commerces et de services. Il est très confortable, très bien équipé, et au calme. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

manou31x2 2ème séjour au gite de la Battère
Michèle et Claude nous ont accueillis comme à leur habitude avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Toujours aussi charmants, nous avons d'ailleurs partagé d'excellentes soirées ensemble - le logement est très confortable, très bien situé à quelques minutes de notre cure ! bref idéal pour un moment de repos - placé au centre du village avec boulangerie, épicerie, pharmacie, médecin, et même coiffeur !! que demander de plus ? sinon de revenir encore une fois l'an prochain !! merci à nos hébergeurs devenus de grands amis ! séjour parfait .
