We welcome you to Hinx, a small village 12km from Dax and 9 km from Préchacq, in a rural setting for a peaceful stay in all seasons. Gîte Bertrine benefits from an ideal location for discovering Chalosse and its Landes art of living during your holidays for two or your spa treatment. You can also walk to the center of the village which offers all shops and services and stroll on the nearby greenway. On site, the heated swimming pool from May to September (dimensions 10mx5m, maximum depth 1.80m, to be shared with the owners) promises you moments of idleness and relaxation. The owner will also make you discover and taste the products made from ducks from his farm 300m away: foie gras, preserves, pâtés ... a whole range of flavors for quality local products in short circuit! This independent rental is on one level. Bright, functional and modern, it is composed of a living room with living room (TV, WIFI), dining area, equipped kitchen area (3 induction hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher, mini-oven grill combined with micro- waves, top fridge), a bedroom (1 double bed), a bathroom (shower) with wc. A private covered terrace of 13m² extends the interior living space with its garden furniture, its electric plancha and its sun loungers and gives direct access to the swimming pool. The private washing machine is located in the cellar (access from the terrace). For your comfort, heating, electricity and water are included in the price. A travel cot can be provided on request.
A 21-night cure package is available (except July / August): € 700 in June and September with access to the heated swimming pool, € 650 the rest of the year.
