We welcome you to Saint Martin de Seignanx, for a comfortable family holiday between the countryside and the ocean, on the doorstep of the Basque Country and Spain. The vast beaches of the Landes region are just 10km away, as are the pretty cities of Bayonne and Biarritz. Cultural excursions to discover the local heritage, walks or bike rides along the Adour river, an introduction to surfing or golf... many activities await you in this leisure-rich area. With the added bonus of discovering life on the farm: Laetitia and Clément, the owners, will be delighted to show you around their chicken farm on site. In a relaxing country setting, the house has a large private garden with garden furniture, a covered terrace, sun loungers and barbecue. This detached house is all on one level.
Bright, spacious, modern and air-conditioned, it comprises: - a living room with sitting area (TV, WIFI), dining area and open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave, fridge with freezer) - a master suite with bedroom (1 bed 160x200) and en-suite shower room (shower and toilet) - a bedroom : 1 bed 160x200 - one bedroom: 2 beds 90 which can be presented as 1 bed 180 + 2 beds 80x200 - a second shower room with shower and toilet - a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and toilet.

Nos deux filles ados et nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans une très belle région que nous ne connaissions pas.
L'accueil de Laetitia et Clément a été fort sympathique, les oeufs de leurs poules qu'ils nous ont offerts ont été vraiment délicieux. Ils sont vraiment aux petits soins : Laetitia a notamment fait l'effort de venir faire l'état des lieux de sortie à 6h45 car nous devions partir tôt. Constance Séjour idéal
Séjour parfait pour la découverte de ce gîte ! L'environnement est superbe, en pleine campagne avec une belle vue sur les montagnes... idéal pour profiter des levers et couchers de soleil ! La maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et agréable. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, et les enfants aussi ! L'extérieur est idéal également, nos enfants ont largement profité des jeux à disposition, et nous avons pu inaugurer le terrain de pétanque.
Enfin, l'accueil personnalisé et la disponibilité des propriétaires ont finit de nous combler pour l'ensemble du séjour.
En résumé, c'était un séjour idéal, nous recommandons vivement ce gite et reviendrons à coup sur !- Cleanliness
