Set between the ocean and the Forest, the coastal village of Saint Julien en Born enjoys a privileged location. Here you're close to beaches and water sports, as well as to all the shops and services you'll need for your stay, while enjoying an ideal natural setting offering calm and serenity. You'll also appreciate the warm, cosy atmosphere of this Holiday cottage, housed in an old traditional barn, and its private covered terrace, a real additional living space for your moments of outdoor relaxation. A lovely Holiday cottage to discover for a year-round getaway for two.
This Holiday cottage, adjoining another, benefits from a private entrance and access, without vis-à-vis. It comprises :
first floor :
living room (flat-screen TV, WIFI)
fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher),
shower room (Italian shower),
separate toilet, storeroom (washing machine).
Access to the first floor is via a meunier staircase leading to :
an attic bedroom (1 bed 140).
Covered terrace with garden furniture, electric barbecue and chiliennes, extending the interior living space.
An outdoor storage area for bikes or surfboards is also available.

Rémi Très bon séjour
Le gite est très bien agencé, confortable, et la cuisine est spacieuse et très bien fournie en ustensiles de cuisine, et autres électroménager (four, ...). Situé dans un environnement très calme et reposant. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour de 8 jours.

Séjour très agréable. Le logement est très propre,et très fonctionnel. Les espaces extérieures sont grands, bien aménagés, très jolis. Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse, agréables, et serviables.
