Here you are in the Countryside, in the very pleasant Soustons district, set between forests and fields.

Holiday cottage le Gemmeur is the first cottage we created.
By restoring it, we wanted to give it back its character of a beautiful Landes house.
We look forward to welcoming you to our old farmhouse, where we'll be happy to guide you in your discovery of the Landes region.
Of course, once you're here, it would be a shame not to take advantage of the ocean...

Independent Holiday cottage comprising :

2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 + 1 bed 90 in one, 1 bed 140 + 1 baby bed in the other)
and a mezzanine (1 bed 90),
For your convenience, the Holiday cottage is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, laptop, freezer, microwave, flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove and electric heating (1st stere of firewood free in low season).

A private enclosed garden features a covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, courtyard, swing, boules court.
