The privileged location of Linxe, 15 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and 10 minutes from Lac de Léon on the Vielle side, makes it a choice destination for a comfortable stay with family or friends. Located in an area 1 km from the village center, this vacation rental offers a private swimming pool (8m x 4m, 90cm to 1.50m deep) secured by a roller shutter, open from June to September depending on the weather. You'll enjoy a pleasant 800 m² enclosed garden planted with trees, and a covered terrace overlooking the pool with garden furniture and barbecue. There's a gated entrance with the option of bringing vehicles into the courtyard.

The contemporary "Le Ferrognard" gîte is entirely on the ground floor and offers :
A bright living room (with wifi) with fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, senseo coffee maker).
The sleeping area comprises 3 bedrooms (2 double beds (140), 2 single beds (90)) and bathroom facilities with walk-in shower and double washbasin. The toilets are independent.

For your comfort, sheets and household linen (tablecloths, tea towels) are provided.
We also have baby equipment available, including high chairs and cots.
An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off before or after swimming.

Around Linxe, the forest is omnipresent, preserved and abundant. If you're a keen walker, why not take the "Binaou" footpath for a stroll through the forest. On a bike or mountain bike (hire nearby), ride along the "Lo Camin de Hé" cycle path in harmony with the natural surroundings.

And don't forget the local produce! Bring a little Landes and South-Western France with you, and extend your vacation!
