In the heart of the Bas-Armagnac Landais region, in the center of a medieval village classified as a "petite cité de caractère", the Holiday cottage is one of the typical arcaded houses that make up the Bastide's charm.
This City house boasts a 46 m² landscaped courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue, and a Spa coiled up on the balcony-terrace.

The Holiday cottage: the ground floor opens onto a spacious living room with whitewashed beams, giving the room a brighter feel. The open fireplace in the living room gives it a real character.
The separate kitchen is fitted with all modern conveniences (dishwasher, combined fridge-freezer, electric oven, 4 ceramic hobs).
Separate toilet.

To get upstairs, you'll appreciate the medieval character of the stone staircase.

First floor:
overlooking the heart of the bastide: two bedrooms,
one bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, en-suite shower room and wc),
one bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), bathroom, wc,
office-living room with BZ sofa and TV.

On the balcony-terrace side, with Spa and courtyard, two further bedrooms,
one bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, private bathroom and toilet,
one bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 (bathroom shared with the bedroom with bed 140 overlooking the bastide).

For your convenience, bed linen, towels and household linen are provided, as well as a wifi internet connection.

Electric heating and reversible air conditioning upstairs.

Independent access via a street at the rear of the village, and parking available in various village parking lots.
