In the small commune of Classun, a stone's throw from Eugénie les bains, in a calm and peaceful setting, this former farmhouse has been completely renovated and redesigned to offer you top-of-the-range amenities. Its exterior features include a swimming pool on a terrace overlooking a magnificent hundred-year-old oak tree, a boulodrome and well-kept grounds extending over 1 hectare.
Built on 2 levels with an outbuilding, you can accommodate up to 15 people, or 6 on the ground floor only. The centerpiece is the wellness room with Jacuzzi in the middle of the house! An ultra-modern 43 m² kitchen, with central island and various Gllum is cool corners, and a huge 63 m² lounge/games room for convivial moments around the pool table, table soccer, bar and countless DVDs. Comfortable bedrooms with a majority of king-size beds, including 3 on the ground floor (1 bed 180x200, 1 bed 160 and 1 bed 140), 4 wc and 3 shower rooms. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 180, 1 bed 160 and 3 beds 90), 1 wc and 2 shower rooms. TV in each bedroom.
For your convenience, washing machine, tumble dryer, television, telephone, wifi internet access, microwave. Terrace in front of the pool with garden furniture and plancha area. For your convenience, bed linen, household linen and towels are provided. Air conditioning in every room, included in the price. You'll feel right at home here, whether you're with family or friends, this is the place to be. * Heated swimming pool from June to mid-September, weather permitting (minimum air temperature 20°C to heat the pool, below which the pool cannot be used).

Couette-couette Un truc de ouf
Ce gîte est une merveille. Tout est beau, neuf, bien agencé. La déco est superbe. Tennis de table, pétanque, piscine, spa, billard, babyfoot, fléchettes, tout pour passer un bon séjour. Et les propriétaires sont très gentils, accueillants, prévenants. Comme dirait mon petit-fils : une dinguerie.

Familly Schmit Calay Séjour en famille
Nous avons passés une très belle semaine en famille. Le gîte est agréable même pour un grand groupe. Chacun peut trouver son espace même par les temps de pluie.
Les aménagements intérieurs et extérieurs sont très agréables pour tous les âges.
L'accueil du propriétaire était agréable et adéquat. Les petites intentions (pâté, jus de fruits, sodas....) sont un petit plus.
La livraison de pizzas par le propriétaire à ravis l'ensemble de la famille.Quelques points qui pourraient être améliorés pour rendre le séjour parfait. Ce sont les matelas des lits d'appoints qui ne sont pas très confortables. Et il pourrait être intéressant d'ajouter une porte entre les chambres du bas et la cuisine (pour les réveils matinaux :) ) .

Excellent séjour dans cet extraordinaire et paisible gîte.
Accueil chaleureux, propriétaires très accueillants, discrets et à l’écoute.
Nous avons pu profiter de l’excellente météo.
Dans ce gîte, tout y est pensé pour pouvoir profiter de tout pour tous, adultes, ados, enfants.

La Famille Lieu révé pour un très bon séjour
Le gite est une merveille, grand, confortable et décoré avec simplicité et goût.
Tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour. Nous étions 4 familles avec des enfants.
IL aplu le samedi mais, grâce au confort et aux jeux intérieurs (babyfoot, billard, fléchettes,...) et extérieurs protégés (terrain de pétanque couvert) nous n'avons pas vu le temps passé. Et, le lendemain, sous le soleil, ça a encore été mieux.
Un séjour sur le thème du calme et de la convivialité, avec un accueil de Christophe sympathique et discret...
Vraiment un très bon séjour dans un très beau gite.
Nous recommandons fortement...
