Holiday cottage Larchet is the perfect place to recharge and unwind, whether you’re on vacation or a business trip just outside Mont-de-Marsan.
On-site, you’ll find a variety of recreational facilities to help you relax and have fun: the pool (8 m x 4 m, maximum depth 1.30 m) is shared with the owners, and fitness equipment is available to help you stay in shape (elliptical trainer, rowing machine, treadmill).
You’ll also enjoy the large garden with trees and flowers.
This holiday cottage features an original and unique design. Converted from an old barn, the living area is located upstairs.
The building has retained its beautiful exposed beams and woodwork, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Located on the same property as the owners’ home, this independent holiday cottage has private access.
Parking is available on the property.
A private covered patio with outdoor furniture is at your disposal. A plancha grill is provided for your barbecuing needs.

Spanning two levels, this vacation rental consists of:

on the ground floor:
- a relaxing living area with a sofa bed for one kid (€10/day)
- a bathroom with a shower and toilet

Upstairs:
- a large living area with a living room, dining room, and open kitchen (induction cooktop, range hood, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer)
- a bedroom with one 140-cm bed. The partition separating this room from the living area is not closed off at the top, leaving the exposed beams visible

A private balcony with a relaxation area is available.
For your comfort, bed linens, bath towels, and household linens, as well as water, electricity, and heating, are included.
Baby gear can be provided.

The washing machine (in a shared laundry room) is to be shared with the owners.
2 mountain bikes (one for men and one for women), available upon request, €8 each per day.
