Located on the ground floor and adjoining the owners’ residence, this apartment features private access via the veranda, which extends the interior living space. Functional, bright, and air-conditioned, it is laid out as follows:
- a living room with a sofa bed for 1 person, a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a dining area,
- a kitchenette with a refrigerator with freezer, 2 electric burners, an exhaust hood, a microwave, a mini-oven with grill, and a dishwasher,
- a bedroom (1 bed, 160x200) with access to a terrace, a bathroom (shower), and a separate toilet.

A private outdoor laundry room with a washing machine is available for your use.
Outside, garden furniture, a plancha grill, and a garden with a badminton net await you.

For your comfort, bed linen, bathroom linen, and household linen are provided, as are all utilities (except the tourist tax).
