Nestled on the borders of the Landes, Béarn and Gers regions, this reinvented former shelter, l'Annexe du Pistoulet, is a cosy, soothing place for a getaway for two.
Its location is ideal for discovering the rolling hills and beauty of the Countryside, and enjoying a Wellbeing cure in Eugénie les Bains, just 7km away. Spa packages are available.
For your excursions, the Pyrenean Mountains and the Atlantic Ocean are within easy reach.

Perched on the edge of the property, this Holiday cottage combines refined simplicity and modern comfort, with a lovely view of the Pyrenees from the terrace and the rolling horizon to the north (horse pasture). A swimming pool (7mx3m) shared with the owners and a second gîte in summer, as well as a boulodrome, complete this place of relaxation, combining conviviality and Wellbeing.

The single-storey Holiday cottage, l'Annexe du Pistoulet, comprises :
- a 13m² living room with sitting area (TV, WIFI), and open kitchen (induction hob, oven/microwave combo, dishwasher, extractor hood, top fridge),
- air-conditioned bedroom (140cm bed)
- bathroom with toilet
Washing machine and tumble dryer, with steam unit and ironer, are in the adjoining communal laundry room.

The private terrace, with table, chairs and barbecue, extends the living space.

For easy access, the parking space is adjacent to the terrace.
In the Annexe, everything has been designed for accessibility to all: PRM, wheelchair users, people with sensory or cognitive disabilities.
