A Holiday cottage ideal for discovering the Beach, the Basque Country and Spain with your family

Welcome to the southern Landes region, just a stone’s throw from the Basque Country, for a family vacation just 10 km from the ocean.

Thanks to its ideal location, you can enjoy the wide beaches of the Landes, try your hand at surfing, explore the charming villages of the Basque coast, take a day trip to Spain, stroll through the surrounding Countryside, and savor the many local specialties.

The holiday cottage is housed in a charming historic building that also includes two year-round rentals: one is located next to the holiday cottage and the other is upstairs. The property shares a common entrance, and parking is available in the large courtyard.

You’ll enjoy a pleasant private outdoor area with a shaded garden, equipped with a table, chairs, and a barbecue for sharing good times outdoors.

Spacious and functional, the holiday cottage consists of:

* A large living area with a living room (TV), dining room, and open-concept kitchen (induction cooktop, range hood, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, and washing machine).
* Two bedrooms: one with a bed 140 x 190 cm and one with two beds 70 x 190 cm.
* A bathroom with a large shower stall.
* A separate toilet.

For your comfort, sheets, towels, linens, end-of-stay cleaning, and all utilities are included.

Baby equipment (crib and high chair) can be provided upon request.

Shops are a 5-minute walk away (Super U, Bakery, etc.). A bus stop located right in front of the holiday cottage makes it easy to reach Bayonne.
A nearby bike path leads to Ondres Beach and runs along the coast, offering an excellent way to explore the surrounding area. A secure bike storage area is also available.

Please note: the neighboring tenant may occasionally pass by in front of the holiday cottage.
