From here, the Beaches are only 30 minutes away, Dax 15 minutes, and the Basque Country and Spain are also within easy reach.

Villa Paul is a typical half-timbered house. You'll love its typical architecture, its 200-year history, its private heated swimming pool (8m x 4m, alarmed, open from June to September), its covered terrace that extends the interior living space, its spaciousness and its level of comfort. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom to ensure privacy for all. The 650m² enclosed private garden ensures peace and security for all. A new address to discover all year round.

This detached house is beautiful and air-conditioned.
It comprises: on the first floor, a large living room with lounge (TV, WIFI), dining room and open-plan kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, washing machine), a shower room, 2 separate WCs.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms (4 beds 140x190, a 2-seater sofa bed), 3 bathrooms integrated into the bedrooms.
A 5th bedroom is located on the first floor: it is only accessible from the outside and has its own entrance and private bathroom with toilet.

For your convenience, bed linen, towels and household linen are included, as are water, electricity and heating, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.

Parking is available on the street or in the multi-purpose hall parking lot.
Pets under 10 kg allowed in the Holiday cottage.

The house can be rented for 6 people out of season.
