Ideally located in a quiet residential area of Linxe, just 11 km from the beaches and 6 km from Lake Léon and the courants d'Huchet nature reserve, this vacation home is the ideal base for discovering the natural, wild and dynamic Landes region.
Just for you: a private swimming pool (8m x 4m, 1.50m deep, treated with active oxygen) heated and covered by a shelter, usable all year round, 5 bicycles under shelter, a ping-pong table, a poolhouse (refrigerator, plancha, charcoal barbecue and gas grill), an adjoining boulodrome (boules on loan), darts, a private enclosed garden for relaxing moments in complete conviviality.
Bright, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, this Holiday cottage is the place to be for a week of relaxation and happiness between the ocean and the Forest. Open all year round.

This rental is an independent house (one step to get there). It comprises :
- living room (TV, pellet stove, speaker, WIFI),
- dining room and open kitchen (4 induction hobs, hood, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave),
- 3 bedrooms (2 beds 160x200, 1 bed 140x200),
- bathroom (with bath and Italian shower),
- separate toilet,
- laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer).
For your convenience, electricity, water and the first bag of pellets for the stove are included in the price. Subsequent bags of pellets will be invoiced on site.

Parking is available on the property under a covered shelter. Baby bed available on request. Bed linen, towels and cleaning service are optional and must be paid to the owner on arrival. Bed linen rental includes sheets and towels.
Sauna for 6 people available at extra cost, payable on site.
