Modern villa with an above-ground swimming pool (7.32m x 3.66m, 1.32m deep, open from June to September, weather permitting) for relaxing in the 3000m² enclosed garden with Japanese garden.
A terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha extend the indoor living space.

This large, light-filled house (semi-detached from the owner's own home) is laid out on one level, with a large living room, dining room and kitchen.
All on one level, it comprises :

fitted kitchen (4 induction hobs, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher),
storeroom (American fridge, washing machine).
3 bedrooms (4 beds 140 including 2 Bunk beds),

separate toilet.
Thanks to the Bunk beds 140, 2 additional people can be accommodated for a maximum capacity of 8 people: a supplement of 50€ / week / person is requested.

For your comfort, bed linen, towels and household linen as well as electricity, water and air conditioning are included in the price.
Baby equipment may be requested: Umbrella bed, high chair and bathtub.
