We offer you a comfortable stay on the coast, close to the beaches, the lakes of Aureilhan and Sainte Eulalie. This rental is attached to the owners' second home. It is bright and modern and has a swimming pool (12mx6m, maximum depth 1.50m), a trampoline, ping-pong and a playground.

Built on one level, it is composed of:
a living room (4-seater sofa, convertible with 160 cm mattress) with equipped kitchen (induction hob, American fridge, oven, microwave),
a bedroom (1 bed 160x200),
another bedroom (1 160x200 bed and 1 140x190 bed high, above the 160 bed),
a bathroom (Italian shower),
a toilet,
a laundry room (washing machine, dryer).

Ideal for 4 adults maximum + 2 child(ren) taking into account the bunk beds (not suitable for adults).
For your comfort, sheets, household linen and towels are provided, as is WIFI.

The property is fenced and you benefit from a private terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers.
The outdoor leisure facilities are to be shared with the owners who can occasionally occupy their holiday home on site.
Baby equipment on request: high chair, changing mat, travel cot, hygienic potty, step stool
