This vacation rental is arranged over two levels.
First floor:
day room with lounge area (WIFI, TV, 2-seater sofa bed),
dining area,
open kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment),
shower room (shower and washing machine),
separate toilet.

First floor:
2 attic bedrooms (2 beds 140)
a 6.5m² attic cabin bedroom (1 bed 90),
a second toilet.
For your convenience, cleaning, bed linen, towels and household linen are included, as are water, electricity and heating charges.

The exterior comprises :
a terrace with garden furniture and plancha.
Parking is available on the property.
The property, which also includes the owners' home, is located on the Route Départementale 66 leading from Uza to Lit et Mixe.
A free summer shuttle bus runs from the village to the Beach.
