Here, you'll be staying in a quiet residential neighborhood on the edge of the Forest, with all the activities and leisure facilities within easy reach on foot or by bike.

The private, heated Piscine (7m x 3.5m), sheltered from view, awaits you for moments of relaxation and conviviality in the heart of a superb garden with terrace, barbecue and sun loungers.

This beautiful 160m² contemporary wooden villa boasts an atypical and original layout.
Although adjoining a studio on the garden level of the house, it has its own private entrance and unoverlooked garden, guaranteeing the necessary privacy.

Arranged on two levels, it offers 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine with 2 double beds and 4 single beds for a maximum capacity of 7 people:

Second floor: access via a small path with steps:
- living room with lounge (TV, DVD, WIFI), dining room and open kitchen (electric oven, gas hob, fridge, microwave)
- storeroom with dishwasher, freezer and washing machine
- one bedroom: 1 double bed (140cm)
- bedroom: 1 double bed (120cm) and a mezzanine with a single bed (90cm). Mezzanine accessible via a ladder
