This beautiful contemporary villa awaits you, nestled between the ocean and the Forest, just 7 km from the beaches and the Moliets International Golf Course, and close to the Courant d'Huchet and its nature reserve.
You’ll stay in a quiet residential neighborhood and enjoy all the activities and leisure options offered by this charming coastal village, easily accessible via the bike path.

This 75-square-meter standalone rental is a single-story home.
It features a private garden (enclosed by a wooden fence on one side and a natural hedge on the other) with a breathtaking view of the pine forest, as well as garden furniture and sun loungers.

Inside, you’ll be charmed by the spacious living area and its high ceiling, the brightness and light flooding in through the large picture windows, the quality of the amenities and furnishings, as well as the modern and understated decor.

This independent, air-conditioned holiday cottage consists of:

- a living area with a living room (TV, Wi-Fi), dining room, and open kitchen (induction cooktop, range hood, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher)
- one bedroom: 1 double bed (140 cm) and 1 bunk bed (90 cm)

For your comfort, sheets, bathroom linen, and linens are included.
