Our villa enjoys a privileged location just 100m from the Bourdaines Beach, behind the Dune.
This rare location is one of our house's major assets. The cycle path passes in front of the house, allowing you to reach all the shops, leisure activities and services on foot or by bike.
On the program for your vacation: lounging, surfing, golf, hiking, discovering the Lake, summer activities and entertainment... A wide range of possibilities for young and old.

Atypical in its configuration, this house, with its two buildings grouped around a central patio, can accommodate a tribe of up to 9 people, with private areas to ensure privacy for all.

The private, unoverlooked patio allows you to enjoy an outdoor space planted with trees and shaded by a large cork oak. A covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and plancha is also available, as is an outdoor solar shower.

Entrance is into the main house, which comprises :
- an air-conditioned living room with lounge (TV, WIFI, wood-burning stove), dining room and open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, extractor hood)
- two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed
- a bathroom with shower
- separate toilet.
Crossing the patio, you reach an outbuilding offering :
- an air-conditioned living room with dining area and kitchenette
- two bedrooms: 1 bed 140x190 and 3 beds 90 Bunk beds
- a bathroom with shower and toilet.

For your convenience, bed linen, towels and household linen are included, as well as end-of-stay cleaning and heating costs (reversible air conditioning).
Baby equipment can be provided on request.
