Le cadre est sympa, dans un quartier résidentiel et calme, à proximité de l'océan. Le logement est "dans son jus", mal isolé, les fenêtres ferment mal ainsi que les volets (espagnolettes rouillées), l'électricité n'est pas aux normes (le compteur a d'ailleurs disjoncté durant le séjour).... dommage car c'est une maison à fort potentiel.... Merci à Clotilde pour son accueil et son efficacité...

Nous vous remercions pour ce partage d'expérience, comme vous l'aviez évoqué avec le propriétaire le gite est en cours de rénovation (à date la toiture, l'isolation et une pompe à chaleur ont déjà mis en place) des travaux programmés sont à venir cuisine, salle de bain et vmc- Les huisseries seront changés dans un second temps. Maison simple et fonctionnelle, c'est ce que nous recherchions, qui est bien située et nous avons pu facilement visiter le joli coin des Landes et Pays Basque, top !
