Set in a vast garden of over a hectare in size, La Kasbah de Vava Holiday cottage is the ideal place to enjoy a quality environment and the peace and quiet you need for your stay.

Housed in a traditional farmhouse dating back to 1826, this Holiday cottage is ideally located between the countryside and the ocean, 40 minutes from the beaches of the Landes and 10 minutes from Dax.
You'll appreciate the rural setting, the historic character of the building, the above-ground semi-underground swimming pool (5m diameter) to share with the owners, the spacious rooms and the contemporary decor.

Also on site: table tennis and trampoline. These facilities, as well as the swimming pool, are shared by the owners and can be used from 9am to 12pm and from 2.30pm to 7pm.

This Holiday cottage, although semi-detached from the owners, has its own entrance and private terrace at the front of the house. Garden furniture and barbecue are available.

It comprises :
- dining room with open kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, extractor fan)
- bedroom: 1 bed 160x200
- bedroom: 1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 80x190
- bathroom with Italian shower and washing machine
- separate toilet

Bed linen and towels provided.
Umbrella beds available on request.
Games on site (board games, ping-pong table, trampoline, soccer cage).

This Holiday cottage is modular when renting the Petite Kasbah de Vava, you only have the rooms mentioned above (the upstairs is closed and not accessible). You'll find this Holiday cottage for rentals of 7 to 10 people maximum under reference 20578, for the Easter vacations, in May, in July and August and for the end-of-year vacations.
