La Massoune is an ideal gîte for two people to enjoy a wellness break during your vacation or spa treatment.

Just 6 km from the Saubusse thermal baths and 12km from the center of Dax, this holiday rental enjoys a privileged location on the Route Départementale 13, close to the thermal baths. A special package for your spa treatment is available.
The beaches, the Basque country and Spain are not far away: you can reach them easily, by car, in less than 40 minutes, for a moment of discovery and change of scenery.

We've completely renovated this outbuilding to create a cosy, comfortable gîte accessible to all.
You'll particularly appreciate the high ceilings in the living room, which offer a very pleasant volume and reveal an attractive wooden framework, the reversible air-conditioning that guarantees thermal comfort in all seasons, the functional and optimized layout of the spaces, the private, unoverlooked terrace for the privacy you need for your peace and quiet, the garden furniture with plancha for convivial moments...

This detached house is located close to the owners' home. It has a reserved parking space and its own entrance.

The gîte is on one level and accessible to people with reduced mobility. Tourism and Handicaps label.

With a surface area of 44m², it comprises :

- a living room with sitting area (2-seater sofa bed), dining area and open-plan kitchen (6-place dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, extractor hood)
- bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed
- a PMR-accessible bathroom with Italian shower, washing machine and toilet.

For your comfort, bed linen, towels and household linen are included.

Pets are not accepted, except assistance dogs for disabled guests.
