We welcome you to our ocean-colored Maisonnette for a stay on the Landes coast, with beaches and Golf just 6km away, Lake Soustons 100m away and all shops and leisure facilities within easy reach.
You'll love the free shuttle service to the Beach, where you can surf or relax in total freedom.

This Holiday cottage is located at the back of the owners' garden. Access is along the side of the owners' house.
Secure parking is available at the entrance to the property.

This seasonal rental benefits from a private terrace with surf spirit and sofas, an outdoor table, garden furniture with plancha, and an outdoor shower for returning from the beach and cleaning your wetsuits.
You can also store your bikes and other equipment in the on-site barn.
The small outdoor area dedicated to the Holiday cottage is fenced off so that your pets can be safely accommodated.

This air-conditioned detached house comprises :
- living room with sitting area (TV, WIFI),
- open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, extractor fan
- one bedroom: 1 double bed (140cm)
- bedroom: 1 x 160cm bed and 2 x 90cm bunk beds
- attic shower room with Italian shower and toilet.

You have access to an outside storeroom to use the owners' shared washing machine.

For your convenience, bed linen, towels, household linen, water, electricity, heating and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
