Discover this charming typical Landaise house built in 1906 and entirely renovated in 2022. Located in Azur, on the road leading to the ocean (7 km) and to Lake d'Azur and its famous pontoon (2 km).

You'll appreciate the lovely wooden terrace, partly covered by a lean-to, where you can enjoy your meals outside in all seasons (exotic wood garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs). On sunny days, you can also take advantage of a private Intex inflatable jacuzzi sheltered by an awning, with a view over the unoverlooked wooded garden.

The Bungalow is bright and airy, with plenty of living space.
Starting with a comfortable living room with wood-burning stove, sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV (Chromecast), Bluetooth stereo system, portable Bose speaker. Fiber-optic Wifi.
A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (induction electric piano, dishwasher, combined refrigerator, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster...).

A separate dining room with table for 6 adjoining the entrance hall, with plenty of storage space and additional equipment (microwave, additional top refrigerator, washing machine, iron...).
Library available.

The house also features 3 bedrooms, each with a 160 cm double bed and dressing room.
An extra bed 90x180 (for Kids only) is available in one of the bedrooms. Baby bed and high chair available on request.

A modern bathroom with double vanity unit (hairdryer), walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Separate WC.
Bed linen and towels provided. Bathroom linen supplied.

Loan of 3 bicycles on site. Private parking (2 spaces) in front of the property.
Easy access to Soustons, Messanges, Moliets and Vieux Boucau. Bicycle path 500m away and shops 350m away (bakery, Restaurant, Market on Tuesday mornings all year round...).
