The garden-side holiday cottage, nestled along the Lake and the walking trail, is located on the upper floor of the owner’s house

Fully equipped kitchen-living room (top-mounted refrigerator, oven, 2 induction burners, dishwasher, microwave, multifunction oven) – air conditioning; this room features a small balcony-terrace with garden furniture.
The holiday cottage has 2 bedrooms (1 with a 160-size bed, the other with 2 80x200-size beds),
a bathroom (shower, sink, heated towel rack), and a separate toilet.

Electric heating (flat-rate heating from October through the end of April), private washing machine in the shared utility room on the ground floor.
Access via a private outdoor staircase.

Balcony-terrace accessible via a flight of stairs, with patio furniture and an electric griddle.

Adjacent to the owner’s home below, there is one other holiday cottage upstairs and another on the ground floor.
