The Holiday cottage on the Lake side, nestled on the edge of the lake and the footpath, is on the first floor of the owner's house and offers
- a fully-equipped kitchen-living room (top fridge, oven, 2 induction hobs, dishwasher, microwave, multifunction oven, TV)
- 2 bedrooms (1 with a fold-away bed (160cm) and a small balcony with lounge furniture and Lake view), the other with 2 single beds (80cm),
- bathroom (shower, washbasin, radiant heater),
- separate WC.

The 140-bed bedroom converts into a living room with a real sofa in front, which can be folded down in one smooth movement (television).
