The “Côté Lac” holiday cottage, nestled on the lakeshore and next to the walking trail, is located on the upper floor of the owner’s home and features
- a fully equipped kitchen-living room (countertop refrigerator, oven, 2 induction burners, dishwasher, microwave, multifunction oven, TV) – air conditioning
- 2 bedrooms (one with a fold-down bed measuring 160, featuring a small balcony with lounge furniture and a view of the Lake; the other with two beds measuring 80x200),
- a bathroom (shower, sink, heated towel rack),
- Separate toilet.

The bedroom with the 160-size bed converts into a living area with a full-size sofa positioned in front; the entire unit folds down smoothly in one motion (TV).
