Welcome to "La grange du Poutic" in the heart of the Landes region, nestled in an authentic Landes farmhouse (also a guest house) close to Labastide d'Armagnac and the Thermal bath resort of Barbotan les Thermal bath. Discover the perfect harmony between old-world charm and modern comfort.

The Holiday cottage has a private entrance and access, a terrace overlooking the Countryside, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue.

The interior comprises:
-fitted independent kitchen
-living/dining room, connected TV (wifi), pellet stove
-1 master bedroom (bedding 160x200), private shower room (Italian shower) and separate WC
-1 bedroom with 2 beds (140x200), private shower room (Italian shower) and separate WC
-Sheets, towels, household linen and Piscine towels included.

The Piscine is open from June 1 to September 30 (heated from June 15 to September 15, weather permitting), 10.5x4.30 m, 1.50 m deep, and is secured by a roller shutter during closing hours.

Its privileged location between the Landes, Gers and Lot-et-Garonne regions gives you easy access to wine and Armagnac estates, historic bastides and emblematic monuments. If the ocean beckons, take a day trip to the Beaches, offering you an escape between nature and coastline.
