Treat yourself to an enchanted interlude in a beautiful guest house full of character.
We look forward to welcoming you to a privileged, peaceful setting in the heart of the Landes countryside, just outside Dax.
Here you'll enjoy a setting conducive to rest and contemplation of nature. The swimming pool is heated from June to the end of October, so you can relax and unwind.
You'll also appreciate the beautiful garden planted with trees and flowers, as well as the vegetable garden and henhouse on site.
The two guest rooms in this charming old farmhouse offer space and comfort. You'll love the tasteful decor, the attention to detail and the spaciousness of the rooms.
BASSECQ, on the first floor, is the perfect cocoon for a couple.
Upstairs, the CHALOSSE family suite is ideal for a family stay. A special rate is available for 2 adults and 2 children.
Each room offers a different, warm atmosphere. They are all equipped with private bathroom and toilet, courtesy tray, TV and WIFI.
The table d'hôtes, which can be booked in advance, is the perfect way to sample local cuisine in the evening. For lunch, we can offer you a snack formula at €15/person.

Ludonad Belle surprise
Belle maison landaise rénovée avec beaucoup de goût.
Nous avons pris la suite chalosse , à l’étage, qui permet d’avoir un salon privatif.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die auch sehr gut kochen und sehr gute Tipps geben! Das Zimmer ist sehr großzügig und sehr sauber, genauso wie das ganze Anwesen. Parken im Hof ist möglich. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!

We had a wonderful stay in Heugas. The house is lovely and the pool very relaxing.
We booked the table d‘hôtes as well and our hosts cooked a delicious meal taking into consideration our special demands (vegetarian). Despite limited conversation (we don’t speak French) We felt welcome all the time and my daughter loved the dogs!
We highly recommend this place for a quite and peaceful stay to relax and to enjoy your holidays…

Contact sincère, de très bons conseils pour les activités dans la région. Une grande attention des hôtes.
Des petits déjeuners et repas de qualité. La brioche maison une vraie réussite.
Le couloir de nage est un vrai plaisir.
