We offer you a relaxing getaway on the Landes coast, in a quiet residential area surrounded by pine trees, in Labenne, a small coastal city popular with surfers. La Dolce Villa is a detached 125m² vacation rental set in a 1200m² garden planted with exotic trees, fully enclosed and secured by a gate, with 3 parking spaces.

The heated swimming pool (from early April to early November) is secured by a roller shutter.
The exterior also features two large terraces with parasol, barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture, hammock and table tennis.

In this vast house, you'll be seduced by the spaciousness and quality of the services on offer: WIFI, housekeeping included, beds made on arrival, linen, firewood supplied and all baby equipment (changing mat, baby bouncer, high chair, folding cots, cane stroller, baby carrier, bed rail, bottle warmer, baby phone, toilet reducer, bath bouncer, beach advent, books and games...).

The house is laid out on 2 levels.
First floor: master suite (180x200 bed) with bathroom (corner bath) and dressing room, laundry room, separate WC, cathedral-style living room with sunken dining room and sitting room, fully-equipped kitchen and storeroom.
Upstairs: bedroom with 140cm bed, bedroom with 3 90cm beds, bedroom with 2 90cm beds and TV, bathroom, separate WC.
