La Chêneraie

In the heart of the Landes de Gascogne Regional Nature Park, 45 minutes from the ocean, Bordeaux and Lake Biscarrosse, La Chêneraie is a carefully restored Landes house. Situated in the middle of a 5-hectare airial, it is surrounded by majestic oaks that shade it and create a unique atmosphere of total immersion in nature. You'll appreciate the large bay windows that let in the light and offer a lovely view of the airial, and the 25 m2 tiled terrace with its dining and sitting areas, approved by an arbour.
This is the ideal setting for a family getaway or a get-together with friends, with the Piscine out of sight.

Independent Holiday cottage, arranged on first floor and first floor. It offers :
fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, microwave, senseo and filter coffee maker, freezer, 2 fridges, wifi.
Spacious living room with dining/lounge area and TV corner.
The house has 4 bedrooms,
1 on ground floor (1 x 160cm bed),
3 upstairs (2x160 and 2x90) and a bathroom,
a shower room.

Gas heating. Fiber broadband connection - Beds made on arrival.
Fully equipped for Kids (2 cots, high chair, changing table, playpen, bathtub, baby bouncer).
Garden furniture and built barbecue. 2 hectares fenced, except for the river bank, on 5 hectares of wooded land.

Private Piscine 8mx4m, 1.50 m deep, flat bottom, secured by tarpaulin and external fence with gate, usable from late May to late September, weather permitting.
The owners may need to intervene during your stay to water the plants, mow the park and maintain the Piscine.

Outside, in the middle of the airial, near the bread oven, "la Cabin du bois joli" will delight children up to 10 years old.
City park and boulodrome in the village.
