We're waiting for you in a quiet residential area of Soustons, a small city ideally situated on the Landes coast, with the ocean, its Lake, the Forest and the cycle path... in a 7000m2 property where the owner and another Holiday cottage live.
This comfortable, bright and modern vacation rental is on one level (one step to enter the accommodation) and self-contained.
It comprises a living room with TV lounge area (sofa 155cmx200cm convertible 2-seater), dining area and fitted kitchen area (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob), 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160cmx200cm and 2 beds 90cmx190cm), shower room, separate toilet.
A 20m² covered wooden terrace extends the interior living space and features garden furniture.
Barbecue on site.
For your convenience, bed linen is included and beds made on arrival, WIFI.

Parfaites vacances en famille dans les LANDES;
Gîte idéalement situé à 5min en voitures et 10min en vélo du centre et de toutes les commodités.
Logement sur le terrain des propriétaires avec un grand jardin "privatif" sans vis à vis. Propriétaires accueillants et disponibles mais discrets.

Karine Charme et tranquillité
Gîte très agréable au calme et proche de tout ( centre ville, océan , piste cyclable, hyper) , équipement basique, pratique pour les vacances - l’environnement arboré ,très calme et intimiste malgré le fait de partager le terrain avec les propriétaires , accueillants et discrets . Le petit plus , voir les chevreuils au coucher du soleil. Je recommande ce gîte.

ESU Mooi huis gelegen in een grote natuur tuin.
We hebben voor het tweede jaar weer een fantastich verblijf gehad in het huis. Het huis ligt in de mooi aangelegde tuin van de eigenaren. Omdat de tuin zo groot is kom je elkaar bijna niet tegen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is in het huis aanwezig. Vanaf het terras van het huis heb je prachtig uitzicht over een weiland en de bossen waar je af en toe wat herten ziet lopen. Het huis ligt vlak bij het centrum Soustons en in de buurt zijn verschillende supermarkten. Vanuit het huis heb je de keuze om naar een van de prachtige brede zandstranden te gaan waar je kunt surfen en op bewaakte plekken kunt zwemmen. Als je niet naar de zee wilt kun je ook naar het meer van Soustons waar je ook verschillende watersporten kunt uitoefenen.Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!
