This T1 bis comprises a living area with lounge (WIFI, TV), dining area on a central island, fully-equipped open kitchen (2 vitroceramic hobs, top fridge, electric oven, extractor fan, storage cupboards), a 6m² sleeping area (140x190 bed) separated from the living area by a pretty glass roof, with a window to air this area, a shower room with shower, toilet and small 1.5kg washing machine.

A private west-facing balcony with table and chairs overlooks the Forest.
For your convenience, bed linen, towels, household linen and all utilities (water, electricity) are included in the price.
A secure cellar (accessible by 5 steps) provides storage for surfboards and luggage. Two bicycles are at your disposal.
