Welcome to l'Airial de Lachayre.
The estate, located in Bas-Armagnac and bordered by the Landes forest, is the ideal place to host your family, business or leisure event in a privileged natural setting.
The 3.8-hectare estate offers a wide range of spaces for relaxation and outdoor receptions in total privacy.
Around the bread oven, under the great holm oak, in the middle of the airial, you'll find the ideal location depending on the type of activity and the time of day.
Weddings, family reunions, corporate seminars, wellness and wellbeing courses... so many unique events to organize in an atypical and unforgettable location.
The site combines a number of assets: a Landes house and its bread oven corroborate our attachment to our heritage and traditions... a bucolic airial inspiring serenity and well-being... an accessible location, close to the Landes prefecture... an area combining historical heritage, vineyards and traditions.

We offer a total capacity of 44 people (+ 2 additional guests) in two buildings:
- La Landaise: authentic traditional house: sleeps 15, in 6 bedrooms, 5 shower rooms, 4 toilets.
- La Grange: in a recently renovated part: sleeps 31 in 7 rooms with full en suite facilities. One room is accessible for people with reduced mobility.

In the heart of the Airial, the Salle L'Encantada is a new 270m² building. The building offers 200m² of reception space, with sanitary facilities, a kitchen and a storage area. It can accommodate up to 199 seated guests. For events requiring an aperitif or dance area, the 150-person limit is recommended. We can refer you to professional caterers for your events.
L'Airial de Lachayre can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights, and only for groups with full access to all facilities.
