The Turon gîte, on the ground floor and first floor, is a City house within walking distance of all shops and amenities, including a bar in the immediate vicinity. This Holiday cottage benefits from enclosed grounds of approx. 970 m², with a garden area featuring wooden garden furniture and a barbecue for convivial outdoor moments. The ground floor features a fitted kitchen that doubles as a living room, equipped with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and induction hob, a shower room and a storeroom. The lounge area features a sofa, armchair and TV corner (chromecast and wifi), as well as 1 bedroom sleeping 160. The staircase leads to 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 x 160cm bed and 2 x 90cm beds, one of which can be made into a 180cm bed). 2 small steps lead up to the bedrooms. The bedroom with queen-size bed can accommodate 1 extra person (1 x 90cm bed). Reversible air-conditioning is installed in the living room, ground-floor bedroom and upstairs bedroom with 160cm bed. Baby equipment available: Umbrella bed, highchair, bathtub. Parking is available on the property or in the Public parking lot opposite, and a municipal electricity terminal is 600 m away. Open shed for small vehicles or bicycles. Electric heating available at extra cost. For your entertainment, the "voie verte" is 2 km away for hiking, and there's a boulodrome 600 m away. A shuttle bus to Mont de Marsan is available at a reasonable price.
