The Holiday cottage du Poupan, with its private Piscine and private pond, is a very pleasant vacation home. Owner lives upstairs.
Entirely furnished on the ground floor, it offers

a spacious living room with fitted kitchen, 4 induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer.

Reversible air-conditioning in the living room, and bedrooms with radiators. Flat-rate heating from October to the end of April.

Private enclosed grounds with trees and flowers of approx. 1500 m². Entrance through a gate shared with the owner, with the possibility of parking on the property.
