Treat yourself to a cocooning getaway for two, between ocean and Forest on the Landes coast.
The Evi Holiday cottage is ideal for enjoying the beaches and the Lake just 7 km away, the Moliets international golf course 15 km away and the cycle path 1 km away.
You'll appreciate the peace and quiet, the private covered terrace offering much-appreciated shade in summer and a breathtaking view over the pine forest, the modern, understated decor and the quality of the services on offer.
This detached Bungalow offers 35m² of living space.
Bright and air-conditioned, it comprises :
- a living room with lounge (TV, WIFI, BZ sofa for an extra person), dining area and open kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave)
- bedroom: 1 bed 160x200
- bathroom with shower
- separate toilet
- storeroom with washing machine.
The outside terrace at the rear is entirely private. It features garden furniture and a plancha.
Free parking is available in front of the property. Entrance to the property is via a small gate.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, linen and towels are included.
In summer, a shuttle service runs to the Beach, 1.5 km away.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce studio bien équipé en prestations de qualité, très bien situé pour des visites touristiques et randonnées,tout proche de l'océan.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay in the French countryside. The gite is well equipped and has a lovely porch overlooking the greenery. Our host was very welcoming and helpful to make us feel at home. Highly recommended if you are looking for a peaceful spot in Les Landes.

Eva et Chris Au calme et aux petits soins!
Gîte neuf, propre, tout confort, et très calme pour un séjour reposant. Nous avons même pu apprécier les joies de la nature avec la visite d.animaux sauvages sur la terrasse la nuit (2 chevreuils).
Et nous avons eu un accueil très personnalisé de la part d’Astrid qui a pris contact avec nous quelques jours avant notre arrivée, et s'est adaptée avec beaucoup d’intérêt de de professionnalisme à mes intolérances et problèmes de santé. Il y avait même des petites douceurs à déguster à notre arrivée.
Si vous aimez le calme, la nature et les cotes sauvages Landaises avec ses plages de sables fins, vous ne regretterez pas votre séjour!- Cleanliness
