In the heart of a working agricultural estate, this independent U-shaped house has been completely renovated and is set in 1700m² of enclosed grounds. You'll enjoy relaxing on the covered terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a plancha, as well as the 6-7 person Spa. The Nouguès Holiday cottage, on the ground floor, offers the ideal setting for a relaxing stay in the Countryside. It comprises: a living room/kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, 3 induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a large, comfortable living room with TV corner and gaming room, 3 bedrooms (2 x 160cm beds, 2 x 90x200cm beds), including a master suite with private shower room (shower, wc), 2 of which open onto the covered terrace, a 2nd shower room with wc, 1 separate wc, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
For your comfort in all seasons, reversible heating. Baby equipment and wifi available. Special socket for electric vehicle (3kw) with meter for billing according to consumption. Your pet will be welcome. A Countryside escape for the whole family, in the middle of fields between cows and ducks in a preserved nature ! This Holiday cottage is available for 8 people, with priority given to summer and Christmas (11402), or for smaller groups (114023, 4 people in the off-season).
